By using TempMail ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Description of Service
TempMail provides free, temporary, disposable email addresses for the purpose of protecting your personal inbox from spam. The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to:
- Send, receive, or store spam, malware, or phishing content.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Circumvent security measures or rate limits.
3. No Guarantee of Delivery or Storage
Emails sent to temporary addresses may be delayed, rejected, or lost. All messages are automatically deleted after 60 minutes. Do not use the Service for important communications.
4. No Registration Required
No account is required. You are solely responsible for noting down your temporary address during your session. We cannot recover lost addresses.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated.
